ORBIS Canada acknowledges the Canadian International Development Agency for its three year commitment to give $500,000.00 towards Strengthening the Capacity of Pediatric Eye Care Services in the Central Region of Vietnam.
This Goodwill Tour drew tremendous media attention and public support for ORBIS’s important sight saving work in developing countries and was a truly unique opportunity to highlight the support of our valued corporate and community partners. Guest who attended the Goodwill Tour had a first-hand opportunity to tour our state-of-the-art surgical and teaching facility, meet members of the crew and mingle with the Canadian Volunteer Medical Professionals who have contributed to ORBIS’s dream of bringing vision to the world.
